Here's what to expect before  you start using
bobcheck to find missed recruitment fees

On this page, you will be asked to estimate how many CV sends your agency performs each year. This is the basis on which your monthly price is calculated. If you don’t know how many CV sends you perform each year, you can enter the number of recruiters in your agency and we will use a rule of thumb to calculate a typical CV sends number.

Account set up

Nothing too surprising here, will simply be asking you to give us the details we need in order to create your first Bobcheck login account. We will be sending you an email with a confirmation code so don’t forget to check your junk folder if you don’t receive the confirmation code in your inbox.

Complete your purchase

We will then be asking you to choose how you will pay for the Bobcheck service. You’ll be presented with the option to use a credit card, set up a direct debit, or, if the size of your agency qualifies, you will be offered the opportunity to pay by invoice. So, please have your bank or credit card details to hand.

Connect ATS

Finally, on this page we will be asking you to provide details of which ATS you are using so that we can guide you through the process of connecting it to bobcheck so that Bob can start doing its wonderful job of looking for missed fees on your behalf. Please note that once an ATS is selected, it cannot be changed later
